Periorbital
Lift
The
Periorbital lift is used to improve tissue sagginess around the
orbit, upper and lower eyelids, crows feet, improving the
"sclera show" under the eyes, (white part of the eye showing
too much), and to reposition the "cheek pad". Combining
it with full forehead, you can obtain improvement of total sagginess
of the eyebrow, tissue saggines of the upper eyelid, wrinkles of
the forehead, frown lines and part of the crows feet.
|
 |
Combining
it with the lateral forehead you can get improvement of the
sagginess of the lateral portion of the brow ("tail of
the brow"), sagginess of the upper eyelid and part of
the crows feet wrinkles.
In the illustration on the left, the red elliptical shapes
mark the endoscopic incisions while the red lines mark the
incisions during the open approach. The green and blue
shaded areas are the treated areas using the endosopic approach
while the blue shaded area is the treated area using the open
approach.
